Mug Cake chocolat - Caramel au beurre salé
Recette ultra gourmande et très rapide !!!!

Ingrédients
Pour 1 mug
- 40 g de chocolat noir - 40 g de beurre - 30 g de sucre ( facultatif) - 20 g de farine - 1 œuf
- Caramel beurre salé liquide
- 1/2 carreau de chocolat noir
Préparation
Dans un mug, mettre les carrés de chocolat avec le beurre découpé. Faire fondre 45 secondes au micro-ondes. Mélanger à l'aide d'une fourchette et y ajouter le sucre puis l’œuf. Incorporer la farine, tout en mélangeant.
Glisser au milieu le demi carreau de chocolat et verser l'équivalent d'une cuillère a café de caramel au beurre salé juste au dessus de carreau de chocolat ( oui c'est l'astuce pour avoir le cœur coulant ! ) Cuire de nouveau 40 secondes au micro-ondes ( en fonction de la puissance de votre micro-ondes pour le mien il faut plus d'une minute) ,
Attendre un peu et déguster !!!
